Instructions for filling the online application form

1. All fields marked(*) are to be filled.
2. Aadhar Number of the candidate is mandatory.
3. Candidates can fill the application online and also can take a printout of the application for future reference.
4. Scanned Passport Size Photo of the Applicant, Scanned Signature of Parent and Applicant and 10th Mark sheet along-with his/her Scanned Caste Certificate if he/she belongs to the reservation categories.
