Biography and academic profile
Mr. Bimbadhar Sahoo has completed Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology Engineering from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), WEST BENGAL in 2004 and also completed Advance Diploma in CNC Course from Central Tool room and Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar, an ISO9001-ISO14001OHSAS18001 certified organization under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium, Enterprises (Completing on August 2007). Completed his B.Tech in Mechanical (DC) from Karnataka State Open University, Banglore in the year of 2015. When he was at CTTC Bhubaneswar performed the jobs of the organization like Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), TATA Refectories, IFB(Indian Fine Banking), TELCO, Larson & Turbo Limited (L & T), TATA sponge SMEs. Jigs & Fixtures. He along with his team prepared component for the prestigious organization like LPSE, Bangalore (IPR Body. Venturi,), ADA (Filter Head), ISRO(Gimbals) TATA MOTORS (Top cutter, Bottom cutter).And also involved in the making of FIN MAKING TOOL used in manufacturing of fins. Which are used in the Fighter Air Craft. The tool was first time indigenously developed in India. He joined KIIT ITI from 24th August 2011 and is working as Assistant Training Officer in Fitter Trade. In 2015 he has completed a one week workshop on NSQF Standard in Vocational Training from CSTRAI, Kolkata and also completed Training of Trainers (ToT), from International Skills Training, Australia Govt. in the year of 2018. Mr. Sahoo was awarded as Best Staff of the Year 2023 for his outstanding performance and dedicated contribution to KIIT & KISS on 26th January 2024 by the Honorable Founder of KIIT and KISS, Prof. (Dr.) Achyuta Samanta.
